RTS International is a privately-held financial services company headquartered in Kansas City. We provide working capital solutions for small to mid-market businesses, with a focus on export factoring.

RTS International was created in 2004 by the owners of RTS Financial in response to the high demand for business capital in Latin America. Prior to 2004, RTS Financial provided financing to companies in the United States, but quickly recognized the great potential to partner with Latin American companies.

RTS International was founded by working with a small group of customers in Mexico. We still work with most of those customers today and are proud of our ability to build strong relationships that provide long term value. Since then, we have never looked back. As we learned more about companies in Latin American we were impressed by the region's entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen and desire for growth. Today we work with over 300 Latin American companies.

Our goal is to continue to drive entrepreneurship and business growth throughout the world by establishing long-term financial partnerships with our customers. Our key to fostering these relationships is a dedication to creating a world class team of financial representatives. The members of our team come to us from around the world, but they all share one thing in common: a passion for working together to help businesses and entrepreneurs acquire the capital they need to make their business vision a reality.
